Job summary

PEAK Wind is seeking a Data Engineer to support the Data & Intelligence team in building scalable data pipelines for wind farms and solar projects. You will work on a Microsoft Azure infrastructure powering over 2.5 GW of renewable energy assets globally, owning products from idea to delivery.

Join a collaborative team focused on data-driven solutions, reporting, and analytics for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or similar.
3–5 years of Data Engineer experience with strong data pipeline background.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data processing pipelines across our systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data pipelines and processes.
Help the team make design choices for new data engineering infrastructure.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability for analytics and reporting.
Contribute to development of wind asset operations and performance solutions.
Support PEAK Shield, our HSEQ event reporting platform, with enhancements.
Provide data guidance to stakeholders and collaborate with Product Owners.
Develop and maintain metric calculations and data models for reporting products.
Learn and explore new advancements in renewable energy and data engineering.
Maintain clear documentation for products, tools, and processes.
