BESTSELLER is building scalable data solutions to support global fashion brands. The data you help structure enables informed decisions across ecommerce, product development and operations.

You’ll join a team of data engineers based in Aarhus and Amsterdam, shaping data products and governance in a modern data mesh architecture. You’ll work with stakeholders to define data requirements, while delivering robust pipelines and APIs in a cloud-native landscape.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, building production-grade data systems and backend services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with modern data technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure, Kafka, Snowflake, dbt or Airflow.
• Solid skills in SQL, Python and data modelling.
• Experience with API development (REST or GraphQL) and integration technologies like S3, SFTP.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy data pipelines, APIs and integration services in a cloud-native environment.
• Implement data products, including data contracts and observability practices.
• Model and transform data to support analytical and operational use cases.
• Engage with stakeholders across business units to understand data needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Contribute to improving data quality, performance and governance.
