Job summary

SELECTED, part of the BESTSELLER family, is building a Business Development function in Europe to turn data into actionable commercial decisions. You will work at the intersection of business and data, collaborating with sales, merchandise and IT teams to deliver data-driven insights across markets.

You will identify opportunities, develop analytics and AI-enhanced tools, and help drive adoption of data-led practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with commercial data and business insights, ideally in fashion/retail.
• Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with analytical tools (SQL, Python) and modern tech (AI) for practical solutions.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial performance across partners and markets to identify opportunities and recommend actions with high value.
• Develop tools, analyses and AI-supported solutions to enhance decision-making across sales teams.
• Drive adoption of data-driven ways of working through stakeholder engagement and training.
• Support buying decisions by translating insights into product-related recommendations.
• Collaborate with BESTSELLER Tech to shape and continuously improve data products.
