Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting Danish-speaking professionals to join Mercedes-Benz frontline customer experience in Greece. You’ll help drivers stay connected, troubleshoot mobile features, and navigate the Mercedes me app while providing 24/7 support across VIP inquiries.

You’ll receive full paid training, a smooth relocation package, and work within an energetic, international team under a 24/7 rotational schedule in Athens. Training starts shortly.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (C1) plus solid English (B2) for international support.
• Tech-savvy with mobile devices and apps; comfortable guiding users.
• Typing speed around 25+ wpm with good accuracy.
• Full paid training provided to upskill to 3-skill level.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers of Mercedes-Benz with Connected Mobility & Smart Tech setup and app usage.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support for urgent vehicle issues and liaise with towing services when needed.
• Handle VIP customer inquiries, schedule dealer appointments, answer warranty questions, and manage complaints.
