Job summary

AVILOO Battery Diagnostics is seeking a highly autonomous Sales Lead to own the Danish market from the ground up. You will independently promote and sell the AVILOO FLASH Test to a range of customers including leasing firms, auction houses, and automotive manufacturers.

You will build the pipeline, recruit partners, and manage the full sales cycle—from acquisition to contract negotiation and order handling—while collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in national or field sales; automotive background preferred.
• Ability to operate independently on the ground while staying connected to a team.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to build networks from scratch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Danish and English.
• Ambition to use AI to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Danish market as AVILOO's on-ground sales lead.
• Independently sell AVILOO FLASH Test to leasing, auctions, dealers, inspection bodies, and manufacturers.
• Build the Denmark sales pipeline from scratch and capture early traction.
• Identify and recruit local sales partners.
• Own the full cycle: acquisition, quoting, contract negotiation, order handling.
• Represent AVILOO at national trade fairs and customer events.
• Manage ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support market build-up.
