You will use CRM platforms and multiple internal systems to resolve inquiries, track orders, and assist with exchanges, while developing your language and digital skills in an international team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Danish with strong written Danish
• Excellent written communication skills in Danish and solid conversational English
• Experience in customer service or retail is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide digital customer support primarily via Email and Chat
• Assist customers with order tracking, deliveries, damages and exchanges
• Utilize CRM platforms and multiple internal systems to deliver fast support
