Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company™, seeks Danish Audio Segmentation and Transcription experts to support an AI training initiative aimed at improving Danish speech recognition models. You will produce verbatim transcripts and review audio recordings in Danish, ensuring precise timestamps and accurate speaker labeling.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Danish with regional accents.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to transcribe verbatim including fillers and stutters.
• Experience in transcription or linguistics is a plus.
• Reliable internet and a compatible computer.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings and produce accurate, verbatim transcriptions in Danish.
• Capture not only what is said, but how it is said (including filler words, repetitions, and false starts).
• Insert precise timestamps for text segments (within 500ms accuracy).
• Annotate non-speech events such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio.
• Follow project instructions and maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain steady productivity and reliability throughout the project.
