Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Cybersecurity Strategy Execution Specialist to join our global Digital Solutions & Development team in Copenhagen. You will shape the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, align it with business goals, and drive governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across IT and OT.

In this full-time role, you will define operating models, track progress with OKRs and QDRs, and translate risk insights into strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk governance, and regulatory alignment.
• Ability to translate risk insights into strategic priorities for executives.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Define and mature operating models integrating IT, OT, security architecture, and digital security domains.
• Establish risk-based prioritization models to guide investments and initiatives.
• Orchestrate execution of cybersecurity strategy through governance forums and performance reporting.
• Ensure alignment between cyber strategy, enterprise risk management, and business processes.
