Job summary

Truesec is seeking an Incident Manager to join its CSIRT, coordinating incident engagements from initial response through containment, investigation, recovery, and post-incident work. You will collaborate with forensic, infrastructure, legal, and customer teams to drive progress and guide clients through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Background in cyber security, IT operations, managed services, consulting, or similar.
• Experience leading major incidents, service disruptions, or crisis situations.
• Experience advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity incident response engagements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders during incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of technical and business specialists.
• Drive recovery efforts to minimize business disruption and downtime.
• Provide guidance and recommendations throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Support customers in strengthening resilience and preparedness after incidents.
• Contribute to the continuous development of Truesec incident response capabilities.
