Job summary

Truesec Group is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to coordinate Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) engagements from initial response through containment, investigation, recovery, and post-incident activities.

You will collaborate with forensic investigators, recovery specialists, infrastructure experts, legal advisors, and customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the incident lifecycle and driving progress to minimize business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major incidents, service disruptions, or crisis situations.
• Ability to advise senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong relationships with technical specialists and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and pragmatic mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity incident response engagements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders during incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of technical and business specialists.
• Drive recovery efforts to minimize business disruption and downtime.
• Provide guidance and recommendations throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Support customers in strengthening resilience and preparedness after incidents.
• Contribute to the continuous development of Truesec incident response capabilities and methodologies.
