Siemens Energy is seeking a Customer Solution Manager in our Digitalization team to shape and deliver digital solutions for power generation across Europe & Africa. You will define concepts, support sales and tendering, and drive go-to-market strategies for control, automation, and digital offerings.

You will work with business development, product management, engineering, and sales to ensure customer needs are translated into scalable, market-ready solutions. Travel within Europe is expected.

Formación

• Experience supporting tenders, proposals and customer engagements.
• Experience of solution development lifecycles, including MVP definition, validation, and scaling.
• Good understanding of digital solutions in power generation and energy management (e.g., SCADA, DCS, EMS).

• Define and promote integrated solution concepts, facilitate customer co-creation sessions, and support internal development efforts.

• Help align business, sales, customers, and engineering on scope, priorities, and delivery readiness.
• Contribute to regional governance and rollout processes, supporting portfolio execution.

Join our Digitalization team as a Customer Solution Manager in Power Generation and Energy Management, where you’ll champion the future of energy across Europe & Africa. You’ll dive into market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and the creation of innovative solutions within our Omnivise Ecosystem. Every day, you’ll define solution concepts, support sales and tendering, and shape go-to-market strategies for control, automation, and digital solutions. As the vital link between business, customers, sales, and engineering, you’ll ensure complex solutions are clearly defined, developed, and brought to market. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support solution management activities for the digital ecosystem, guiding concepts from design through commercialization with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to regional governance and rollout processes, supporting effective portfolio execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business development, product management, solution architecture, R&D, cybersecurity, and operations for cohesive delivery.

What You Bring

• Experience supporting tenders, proposals, and customer engagements with a strong focus on value creation.
• Experience of solution development lifecycles, including MVP definition, validation, and scaling.
• Good understanding of digital solutions in power generation and energy management (e.g., SCADA, DCS, EMS, asset and fleet management, control systems, renewable/hybrid integration); experience from industrial applications is also welcome.
• Experience of digital innovation, co-creation with customers, and translating needs into scalable offerings.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, digital solution management, and platform-based business models within energy, automation, or digital industries.
• A digital or software background rather than a purely mechanical one.
• Ability to align stakeholders and drive outcomes in matrix organizations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

You’ll join a passionate Digitalization team of 11 colleagues, spread across Europe and dedicated to shaping the future of energy across Europe & Africa. The team’s mission is to drive innovation in power generation and energy management by developing and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. Working closely with business development, product management, engineering, and sales, the team ensures that customer needs are translated into impactful, scalable solutions. Collaboration and open communication are at the heart of how the team operates, fostering a supportive environment where colleagues cover for each other and everyone’s expertise is valued. Together, you’ll champion the digital transformation of the energy sector, delivering solutions that matter. Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
