Job summary

atNorth is seeking an Engineering Subject Matter Expert – CSA to shape data centre infrastructure across the Nordics. You will be the technical authority for Civil, Structural and Architectural engineering, influencing projects from concept to commissioning.

You will mentor teams, establish standards, and collaborate with MEP, design managers, consultants, and clients to deliver reliable, high-performance facilities. Fluent English and willingness to travel regionally are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of CSA engineering experience on complex infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across the CSA discipline.
• Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CSA technical authority for designs, calculations, specifications, and deliverables.
• Provide expert leadership across Civil, Structural, and Architectural scope throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment across CSA disciplines and maintain engineering excellence in delivery.
• Collaborate with MEP, Design Managers, consultants, and project teams for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Develop and maintain CSA engineering standards, design guides, and best-practice frameworks.
