Job summary

Lunar in Copenhagen is seeking a CRM Manager to join the CRM team and drive activation, engagement and upsell across our banking products. You will report to the Senior CRM Lead in the marketing team and help turn every message into a reason for customers to stay and get more from Lunar.

Design multi-channel campaigns in Braze (email, push, in-app), own end-to-end performance, run experiments, and collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing and Commercial.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CRM for app-based products or services
• Growth mindset with experience building complex lifecycle flows
• Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable platform
• Technical, self-starting approach to building campaigns (Liquid/HTML)
• Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset
• Fluent English and ability to align stakeholders
• Team player with proactive stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Build and run CRM strategies for retail banking customers to drive engagement, product adoption and upsell across banking, lending and beyond
• Focus on the commercial agenda with own marketing KPIs
• Design and ship multi-channel campaigns in Braze — email, push, in-app — from idea to live flow
• Own campaign performance end-to-end, use data to sharpen messaging and targeting, run A/B tests
• Partner with Product, Data, Marketing and Commercial to integrate CRM with the wider business
• Build automations, leveraging AI tools like Claude and Gemini for execution, reporting and ideation
