Job summary

Lunar Denmark is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Moonrise enterprise banking offering, based in Stockholm, Aarhus or Copenhagen. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, working with engineering, design, and sales to deliver features that enterprise customers rely on.

You will collaborate with banking teams to ensure Moonrise aligns with market needs and sales strategies. This role demands strong cross-functional leadership and a data-informed approach to prioritization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in B2B or enterprise software, preferably in banking/fintech.
• Experience building products for large enterprise customers and navigating enterprise buying cycles.
• Able to own a product end-to-end in a fast-moving, formative product area.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, sales and commercial teams.
• Bias toward action with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Moonrise product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise banking offering Moonrise.
• Partner with sister products and banking teams to execute a dedicated Moonrise roadmap.
• Engage directly with business customers to translate needs into product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features enterprise customers want.
• Define success metrics and use them to guide prioritization and trade-offs.
• Align product roadmap with how Moonrise is sold and positioned.

Senior Product Manager based in Stockholm, Aarhus or Copenhagen

What will you do?

• Articulate the Moonrise (our enterprise banking offering) product strategy and roadmap for Moonrise.
• Partner with various sister products and banking foundational teams to execute on a Moonrise dedicated roadmap.
• Talk directly with business customers to understand what gets in the way of managing their finances, and turn that into product decisions.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to ship features that enterprise customers genuinely want to use.
• Define success metrics for the product and use them to guide prioritization and trade-offs.
• Work with sales and commercial teams to make sure the product roadmap supports how Moonrise is sold and positioned.

What are we looking for in you?

• Solid experience as a Product Manager (or entrepreneur), ideally with B2B or enterprise software within banking or fintech.
• Experience building products for large enterprise customers, with a clear sense of what makes enterprise buying and usage different from consumer.
• Comfortable owning a product end-to-end in a fast-moving, still-forming product area.
• Strong collaboration skills, working daily with engineering, design, sales, and commercial stakeholders.
• A bias toward action balanced with rigor, able to make calls with incomplete information without losing sight of the data.
