Job summary

TDC NET is seeking a motivated student assistant to support the Crisis Management team in Copenhagen. You will help maintain crisis plans, coordinate exercises, and structure data for clear reporting while learning how operational resilience works in a large infrastructure company.

Your role combines practical coordination with documentation, data analysis and executive communication. You will work 15–20 hours weekly, primarily onsite, and explore responsible use of AI in crisis management.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme.
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Able to turn complex information into clear notes and slides.
• Curious, proactive and good at asking questions when unclear.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word or willing to learn quickly.
• AI fluency or genuine interest in responsible AI use in crisis management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Able to handle sensitive information and obtain security clearance.
• Available to work about 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve crisis plans, appendices, role descriptions, quick guides, checklists and templates.
• Coordinate preparation for workshops, activation drills and crisis exercises, including invitations and materials.
• Collect and structure data from training, activations and exercises; prepare overviews and PowerPoint material.
• Maintain action and improvement trackers; follow up with owners and provide status updates.
• Support decision logging, situation reporting, briefing flows and crisis-room materials.
• Desk research on crisis management, resilience, risks and best practices.
• Explore, test and apply AI to improve crisis preparedness and reporting.
