Job summary

Implement Consulting Group is seeking a Junior Consultant to join its Security & Resilience team in Denmark. You will research threats, analyse resilience challenges, and support risk assessments while balancing studies with a flexible workload.

You will work alongside experienced consultants, contribute to workshops and client materials, and help develop governance models and practical recommendations for critical infrastructure and cyber security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant higher education programme, typically at master’s level.
• Strong interest in security, resilience, risk, cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrates analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
• Communicates complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• W orks collaboratively and contributes positively to a team.
• Ability to take ownership, even when there is no ready-made solution.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging threats, regulations and industry developments.
• Analyse complex security and resilience challenges.
• Support risk assessments, scenario analyses and maturity evaluations.
• Help develop strategies, governance models and practical recommendations.
• Prepare workshops, presentations and decision-making material for clients.
• Contribute to proposals and the development of new approaches and services.
