Job summary

Blue Water Shipping AB in Sweden (Malmö) is seeking an experienced courier/express transport coordinator to deliver fast, reliable, customer-focused solutions. You will ensure the right courier solution is provided to customers—every time.

You will coordinate and plan courier shipments, handle bookings and quotations, and maintain daily communication with customers, suppliers and carriers. Fluency in Swedish and English, plus MS Office and digital tools, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience from the courier segment or a similar role within freight forwarding, transport or logistics.
• Strong service mindset, commercial understanding and the ability to keep an overview in fast-moving environments.
• Confident communication in Swedish and English; proficient with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• Structured, responsible and solution-oriented; able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan courier shipments; ensure daily communication with customers, suppliers and carriers.
• Handle incoming bookings and customer requests; prepare, send and follow up on quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers; maintain close daily customer communication.
