MENNEKES Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG, a leading provider of industrial plugs, sockets and eMobility solutions, seeks a Country Manager for Denmark. You will lead market development, acquire new customers and act as an ambassador for the MENNEKES brand from a home-based office with frequent travel across Denmark.

You bring a technical background in electrical trade, at least 3 years in a similar role, and fluent English and Danish. MS Office, SAP and Salesforce knowledge are a plus.

Formación

• Technical vocational training as an electrician, with additional qualification in electrical technician or electrical engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in Denmark.
• Energetic salesperson with market development focus and new customer acquisition in a technical environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating and sales skills with high service orientation.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Denmark market strategy for MENNEKES products.
• Acquire new customers and manage key accounts.
• Travel extensively from a home-based office (about 4 days per week).
• Represent MENNEKES as an ambassador for the brand.

Country Manager (m/f/d) – Denmark

Your skills are needed here:

• You have successfully completed technicalvocational training as an electrician and ideally additional training as an electrical technician or electrical engineer


• You possess at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role within the electrical industry in Denmark.


• You are an energetic and passionate salesperson, fascinated by market development and new customer acquisition in a technical environment.


• You demonstrate strong interpersonal,negotiating and sales skills coupled with a high service and customer orientation, as well as a pronounced technical understanding.


• You can see yourself as a sincere ambassador for MENNEKES, the global premium brand for industrial plugs, sockets and receptacle combination units.


• You are used to conduct your sales activities independently from a home-based office combined with extensive travelling (approx. 4 days per week).


• You bring solid MS Office skills and ideally have experience with SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce.


• You have fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) as well as a fluency in Danish.
