Rhenus Logistics in Denmark seeks an experienced leader to assume Managing Director/Country Manager level with full P&L responsibility. You will spearhead a clearly prioritized turnaround to restore profitability, stability and execution discipline, while reshaping the contract portfolio toward value and risk control.

You will lead the organization as a leader of leaders, set clear targets, and drive governance and decisive action.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience at Managing Director, Country Manager or Business Unit Head with full P&L responsibility.
• Led turnaround, restructuring or performance-recovery situations under ongoing business conditions.
• Operational exposure to warehousing, logistics or similar operations‑intensive environments.
• Strong commercial judgement in contract logic, pricing, cost models, negotiations and risk management.
• Decisive leadership style, entrepreneurial and results-focused.
• Excellent English communication at executive level in an international board environment.

• Governance, decision‑making and escalation frameworks are clearly defined, consistently applied and personally role‑modelled.

• You represent the Danish business with clarity and credibility towards the customers, the Group Board and stakeholders.
