Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders and drive business performance.
• Strong commercial, regulatory and governance knowledge, including experience managing budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Budget owner for the location, overseeing revenue, costs, and full P&L.
• Develops market presence and brand leadership, strengthens regulatory relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensures statutory compliance, governance, and reporting across local operations.
• Leads local leadership, aligns with Group strategy, and drives cross-department collaboration.
• Reports to Group management and participates in local risk and governance activities.
