Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience building on the Microsoft platform, in consulting or a similarly demanding environment.
• Experience shipping production-grade AI agents with governance for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in enterprise AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for production use.
• Establishing governance foundations: environment strategy, policies, access controls, and data loss prevention.
• Connecting agents to enterprise data and systems via Power Platform, Graph, and APIs.
• Collaborating with client teams from discovery through live deployment.
• Ensuring agents are secure, scalable, and maintainable across orgs.
