Job summary

KPMG NewTech in Denmark is growing to build production-grade AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, ensuring governance and security for enterprise-scale deployments. You will partner with clients from design conversations to live, used agents.

We seek 3–6 years on the Microsoft stack, fluency in English and Danish, a relevant master’s degree, and valuable Danish security clearance. Certifications in Power Platform or Azure AI are a plus; you’ll define governance, patterns, and templates to

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience building on the Microsoft platform.
Fluency in English and Danish.
Experience designing and shipping production AI agents with governance.
Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform know-how.
Security clearance in Denmark is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

Designing and building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio from prototype to production.
Connecting agents to enterprise data and systems via Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and APIs.
Establishing governance foundation: environments, policies, access models, data loss prevention.
Defining guardrails for security and compliance across tenants.
Collaborating with client teams to translate business needs into governed agents.
Using AI tools in daily work and promoting adoption among clients and colleagues.
Developing reusable patterns, templates, and standards to speed delivery.
