Job summary

Randstad A/S in Esbjerg, Denmark, seeks a proactive coordinator who can maintain the big picture of processes across 5-6 sites and tie operations together.

You will build and maintain visual data overviews, enter orders in SAP, and create dashboards in Excel and Power BI to give the team clear insights.

This is a 3-month temporary role with a strong possibility of permanence, starting asap; English fluency required.

Can you maintain a strategic overview and create structure out of complex data across multiple sites?

Our client, a large international company, is looking for a coordinator who can take responsibility for tying operations together. You will get the crucial oversight of processes and logistics within a project team.

• You maintain the big picture of how processes run across 5-6 different sites and you use your coordinating skills to ensure everything goes according to plan.
• You ensure a complete overview of the inventory and incoming equipment.
• You enter orders into the system and maintain high data quality in SAP.
• You extract data from SAP and set up clear dashboards in Excel and Power BI so the team understands them.
• You listen to the team's needs and proactively execute solutions for operational challenges.

your profile

• You have a good understanding of systems and solid experience with SAP.
• You are skilled in Excel and Power BI and can independently build data overviews.
• You have a solid administrative background, excellent coordination skills and experience with stakeholder management.
• You speak and write English fluently, as it is the corporate language.

It is not crucial that you have experience from the industry, as long as your administrative and system skills are top-notch. We imagine that you are self-driven and maintain an overview in complex processes. You thrive on "hitting the ground running" and acting on the team's needs, even when daily sparring with your manager is not possible.

practical information

• Location: Esbjerg, Denmark. Office presence is expected a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Start: As soon as possible.
• Duration: Minimum 3 months (temporary/freelance).
