Netcompany DK is looking for a driven Business Controller with a strong FP&A focus. You may be a recent graduate or have 1–3 years of experience and will play a central role in timely, accurate management reporting and KPI analyses.

You will collaborate across departments, own monthly reporting with the Head of Finance NBS and DK, and prepare presentations for leadership. This role offers growth, a collaborative culture, and exposure to an international business.

We are looking for a driven Business Controller with a strong motivation for FP&A to join Netcompany DK. You are either a recent graduate or have 1-3 years of experience, and you will play a central role in ensuring timely and accurate management reporting, as well as in-depth analyses of our business and financial KPIs. You will become part of a dynamic team where collaboration across departments and with different stakeholders is a natural part of everyday life.

Your responsibilities

You will become part of a well-functioning and collaborative team where you will have plenty of opportunities to share ideas, learn from colleagues, and grow professionally. Working closely with the Head of Finance NBS and DK, you will take ownership of key aspects of the monthly financial reporting to management. This includes following up on our business areas and preparing presentations.

In addition to being responsible for your own areas, you will have a broad range of stakeholders, where collaboration with the other Shared Services departments in the business is an important part of the role. The position will give you unique insight into the financial value drivers of the company and an understanding of the financial parameters that drive a business.

Your responsibilites will typically include:

• Conducting business analyses
• Comment on monthly reports for your areas of responsibility
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the monthly reporting process
• Participating with your own areas of responsibility in the development of our system structure
• Actively participating in the budgeting and forecasting processes

About you

As a person, you are motivated by working with both complex and operational tasks, and you possess the ability to communicate across the organization. You have a proactive mindset and strong business acumen, combined with excellent analytical skills. You take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and are motivated by contributing to the development of the organization. With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality, you take pride in delivering accurate results and meeting deadlines in a structured and reliable manner.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Are newly graduated or at the beginning of your career within a Cand.Merc. (Master of Science in Business and Economics), for example Cand.Merc.Fir, Cand.Merc.Asc, Cand.Merc.Aef., or similar education.
• Have experience working in Excel and processing large volumes of data.
• Are initiative-taking and are keen to contribute to improving and developing processes. At the same time, you have an eye for detail and work in a structured manner.

Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
