The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field, plus several years in contract management and proven negotiation skills, with proficiency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize complex technical contracts.
• Subcontract Management.
• MEP project exposure.
• Provide advice to project managers on contractual topics, including risk identification.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve contractual and commercial challenges on-site.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and legal standards.
• Oversee timely and accurate invoicing to secure project liquidity.
• Claims and disputes experience would be beneficial but not essential.
