Job summary

InstaCreative India is seeking a Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Aalborg, Denmark. The role requires planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

The candidate will ensure compliance with building codes, manage contracts, monitor progress, and address delays. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, plus proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Salary
