Job summary

Podimo is seeking a Content Operations Lead to own end-to-end content operations for Denmark. You will oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting, while leading a small team and coordinating with Content, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams.

You will translate data into action to support content investments, performance tracking and negotiations with stakeholders, ensuring timely content releases and optimized workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Experience leading small teams and cross-functional work.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern annual content plan and budgeting.
• Monitor core metrics and forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate content publishing and metadata management.
• Drive cross-functional approvals with Content, Marketing and Legal.
• Lead, mentor and develop the content ops team.
