Job summary

The Willy Naessens Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction sites in Denmark. You will oversee the building process from concept to final delivery and act as the key link between the client and on-site teams.

Fluency in English with strong Danish skills and a degree in construction are required, along with 5 years in a similar leadership role on construction projects.

Project manager Denmark

The Willy Naessens Group is growing! As the market leader in industrial construction projects in Belgium, we are now taking firm steps into the Danish market. Our first projects are starting, and to support this growth, we are looking for a project manager who is ready to take the lead on our construction sites.

You will work closely with an experienced collegue of the Willy Naessens Group and it’s your task to oversee the entire building process — from initial concept to final delivery. You are the key link between the client and the construction teams, ensuring planning, safety, and productivity are maintained on-site. You coordinate and support the workers and subcontractors and help solve any technical challenges that arise.

We are looking for someone with a degree in construction and 5 years work experience in a similar function as construction leader.

Your Profile

You are a problem solver with a positive attitude. Above all, you are agile, enthusiastic and willing to learn about our company and our construction methods and processes. We will communicate in English but we expect you to speak fluent Danish.
