Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure plans are executed accurately
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Manage project budgets including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure they meet project deadlines and maintain quality
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
