Job summary

Urbanlogic Ltd in Copenhagen is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of complex construction projects from planning through completion.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

As a Construction Project Manager in Copenhagen you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion

Your main role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards

This will involve coordinating with various teams such as architects engineers contractors and suppliers

You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and schedules ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the project

To excel in this role you should have a strong background in construction management and at least 5 years of experience working on large-scale projects

You must also have excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and meet project goals

A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred

As a Construction Project Manager you must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail is crucial in this role as any mistakes could have significant consequences on the projects success

In addition strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to communicate with various stakeholders including clients subcontractors and government officials
