Job summary

FirePoint Rocket Technology invites a skilled Composite Process Engineer to join our Denmark-based team in Vojens. You will translate composite technology into practical production parameters and lead process readiness for serial production.

Working closely with Production, Quality, Materials, HSE and Maintenance, you will drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, variability and cycle times while maintaining safety-critical standards in a greenfield plant.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (BSc/MSc) in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Composite Engineering.
• 3–5+ years in composite manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience with fiber-reinforced composites and thermoset processes; epoxy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate composite technology into production parameters, SOPs and work instructions.
• Own day-to-day process stability, monitor variation and define corrective actions.
• Prepare process readiness for production runs including equipment settings and tooling.
• Lead trials, pilot builds, prove-outs and qualification activities.
• Support commissioning and validation of equipment, ovens, curing systems.
• Drive continuous process improvement to reduce scrap and cycle times.
• Manage technical change control for parameter/tooling/equipment changes.
