Job summary

Temp-Team A/S in Denmark seeks a Composite Process Engineer for FirePoint Rocket Technology to ensure safe, stable, and production-ready composite manufacturing. You will translate material requirements into SOPs and work instructions, maintain process stability, and support trials, qualification activities, and equipment validation on a close-to-floor operations team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (BSc or MSc) in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Composite Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of experience in composite manufacturing, process engineering, or materials engineering.
• Hands-on experience with fiber-reinforced composites and thermoset resin-based processes.
• Experience with SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
• Professional English is required; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate composite technology and material requirements into production parameters, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Own day-to-day process stability by monitoring variation and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and verify process readiness for production runs including equipment and environmental needs.
• Lead trials, pilot builds, and qualification activities.
• Assist commissioning and validation of production equipment, tooling, and ovens.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce variability, scrap, cycle times and material loss.
• Manage technical change control for process changes.
