Job summary

Composhield in Denmark seeks detail-oriented production workers for its Hadsten facility, near the motorway. You will join a highly specialised production environment where precision and quality matter, and you will receive thorough training before working independently.

You will perform assembly and other hands-on production tasks, work with different materials, use hand tools and equipment, and check components to ensure top quality.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, structured and quality-conscious.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Speak/understand English; Danish not required.
• Epoxy certificate is an advantage but not required.
• Previous production/assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and other hands-on production tasks.
• Work with different materials and production processes.
• Use hand tools and production equipment.
• Check components and finished products for quality.
• Follow work instructions and documented processes.
