Job summary

Orifarm seeks an experienced Compliance Product Owner to take ownership of digital capabilities supporting Compliance and Quality processes. You will ensure regulatory adherence, value realization, and scalable operations across Compliance, Quality, Governance, Training, and Document Management.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into priorities, drive end-to-end delivery, and strengthen audit readiness while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Application Manager, Process Owner, System Admin, or similar role within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or GxP-regulated business processes
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Veeva Vaults, AssurX, Extedo, Ennov, MasterControl, ETQ Reliance, or similar (technical knowledge will be beneficial)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and IT
• Fluent English skills and the ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into practical digital solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the roadmap, backlog, and priorities for Compliance platforms and digital capabilities
• Partner with Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements, risks, and improvement opportunities into actionable priorities
• Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement definition and prioritization through implementation, adoption, and value realization
• Ensure Compliance solutions remain secure, compliant, auditable, and aligned with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve compliance processes while managing key vendors and strategic partners
