Job summary

PPG in Denmark is seeking a commercially minded analyst to drive sales transformation and pricing analytics across the Danish market. You will build dashboards, analyze profitability, and support regional commercial excellence initiatives.

You will bridge global strategy with local execution, collaborate with leadership, and develop BI capabilities using Power BI and Salesforce to enable data-driven decisions in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a commercial, sales, business analytics, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the implementation of PPG's sales transformation framework across the Danish market, covering seven key streams: sales talent, sales training, sales leadership, Salesforce CRM pipeline management, operating cadence, customer relationship management, and sales enablement.
• Act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, ensuring that regional priorities are adapted and embedded effectively within the local organization.
• Support the design and delivery of sales training initiatives to build capability across the local sales team.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators, feeding insights into performance reviews and transformation progress discussions.
• Collaborate closely with the Market Unit Director and the regional Commercial Excellence team to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Conduct pricing and profitability analyses to directly inform commercial strategy at both local and EMEA level.
• Build and maintain dashboards and market insight tools that support data-driven decision making.
• Monitor the effectiveness of pricing actions and ensure findings are communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in a commercial, sales, business analytics, or related role.
• Solid understanding of commercial and sales processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Fluency in both Danish and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to work across functions in an international environment.
