Profession Architect City Vejle Denmark We are currently searching for a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Vejle Denmark As a Commercial Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design planning and construction of commercial buildings such as offices retail spaces and industrial facilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and goals for the project
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
• Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design CAD software
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure project success
• Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
• Conduct on-site visits to address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction
• Provide guidance on budgeting and cost estimates for materials and labor

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
• Proficient in CAD software
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients contractors and team members

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position Salary may be negotiable based on experience
