We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Copenhagen As a Commercial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices retail spaces and hotels You will work closely with clients contractors and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet the specific needs of each project

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial buildings
• Develop detailed plans blueprints and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes safety regulations and accessibility standards
• Work with contractors to review bids and select the most suitable one for each project
• Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately executed
• Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns on the team

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an architect in the commercial sector
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes safety regulations and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients contractors and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month

Location

The role is based in Copenhagen However we welcome applicants from other locations as well
