EuroTech in Kolding seeks a Commercial Architect to design and oversee the construction of offices, retail spaces and hotels. You will work with clients to craft concepts, prepare CAD drawings, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and manage timelines and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial architecture, strong PM and communication skills, and attention to detail. Visa sponsorship and flight tickets are provided for eligible candidates.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Kolding As a Commercial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices retail spaces and hotels This role requires creativity technical expertise and strong project management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial projects
• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design CAD software
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes
• Develop project timelines and budgets
• Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
• Proficiency in CAD software

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this role
