Job summary

Spirii is a full-service e-Mobility provider focusing on software charging solutions. The role leads architectural thinking, coaches engineers, and ensures secure, scalable cloud-based software across the platforms and teams involved.

You will collaborate with product, near-shore colleagues, and external partners to deliver high-impact, end-to-end solutions. The position emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience developing microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js) and AWS.
• Familiarity with test-driven development, test automation, and deployment in cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, queues, non-SQL datastores, and high-scale applications.
• Advantageous: Stripe, MobilePay and Financial Flows.
• Advantageous: OCPI.

• Coherent Planning: Co-plan initiatives with the Product Trio and align with goals.
• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead discussions, guide trade-offs, capture reasoning.

• Quality & Flow: Monitor health, remove obstacles, improve flow.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Grow architectural literacy and foster trust.
• Cross-Team Alignment: Represent the team in guilds and ensure knowledge flow.
