Alveus Therapeutics seeks a Clinical Trial Lead to oversee end-to-end operational delivery of clinical trials from startup through CSR. You will lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary operational counterpart to the CRO, ensuring execution excellence in a fast-moving biotech environment.

The role requires strong matrix leadership, hands-on operational expertise, and the ability to drive clarity, momentum, and accountability across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end operational delivery of one or more clinical trials from startup to CSR completion.
• Lead cross-functional trial teams and coordinate with selected CROs for exceptional execution.
• Ensure trials are delivered on time and within budget in a lean biotech environment.
• Report to Head of Clinical Operations and align on priorities and milestones.
