Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Electrophysiology division seeks an Associate Clinical Consultant to support electrophysiology interventions using CARTO 3D and BWI systems. You will train intensively and become a world-class clinical expert, fostering adoption and collaboration with sales colleagues.

Role requires dwelling in or near Region Denmark (South or East) with Danish and English proficiency, and willingness to travel 1–2 nights per week.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level preferably Biomedical Engineers or a related discipline.
• Located in the Region South Denmark (Fyn) or East Denmark (Sjælland).
• Some experience within electrophysiology/cardiology (preferred).
• Fluent in Danish and business English.
• Computer software package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Dedication, perseverance and ability to complete internal training.
• Strong technical understanding and interest.
• Ability to spend up to 1-2 nights per week away from home.
• Driving license Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during electrophysiology interventions for CARTO 3D Navigation and BWI mapping/ablation technologies.
• Coordinate with European Tech team on servicing and upgrades across sites.
• Maintain knowledge of IFU, troubleshooting and literature to aid clinical adoption.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff to grow customer relationships.
• Handle daily inquiries via email/phone and manage CRM/account documentation.
