Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Medtech Electrophysiology seeks an Associate Clinical Consultant to support electrophysiology interventions using CARTO 3 and related mapping tools. You will gain intensive training to become an expert in clinical support and education, enabling effective collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and technicians across Europe.

You will travel up to 1–2 nights per week, work from Denmark locations in the South or East regions, and grow your knowledge in cardiology technologies while

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level preferably Biomedical Engineers or a related discipline.
• Located in the Region South Denmark (Fyn) or East Denmark (Sjælland).
• Some experience within electrophysiology/cardiology preferable but not mandatory.
• Fluent in Danish and business-level English; strong IT skills.
• Willing to travel 1–2 nights per week; driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during electrophysiology interventions for CARTO 3 and related technologies.
• Create awareness of JnJ solutions and drive sales opportunities through collaboration with Sales Manager.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and upgrades of soft- and hardware with European Tech team.
• Stay current on IFU, troubleshooting, and literature; share knowledge with colleagues.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical teams and hospital staff to build relationships.
• Respond to customer requests via email and phone; manage CRM documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and company policies.
