Job summary

Drees & Sommer Nordic in Copenhagen is seeking a Project Manager to lead client advisory, project leadership and technical due diligence. You will guide projects from early strategy to delivery, ensuring time, cost, quality and risk objectives are met with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or in a similar technical and built environment discipline.
• Sound professional experience in a client advisory or project management role within construction or real estate.
• Strong technical understanding, enabling you to challenge solutions and advise clients throughout all project phases.
• Solid knowledge of ABR18, YBL is an advantage.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, financial control, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication both in Danish and English.
• Collaborative mindset, structured and reliable advisor with high professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory & project execution: advise clients from early strategy through delivery and lead project execution with interdisciplinary teams.
• Procurement & contracting: advise on procurement strategies and support tendering, negotiations, and contracts.
• Design & delivery management: represent the client during design and execution, coordinating consultants and contractors.
• Commercial & risk management: control project finances, manage risks and changes, and provide reporting and decision support.
• Stakeholder management: lead communication and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
