OMEGA Copenhagen Boutique is hiring a Client Advisor to represent the brand with excellence. You will guide clients through Omega's full range, cultivate relationships, and drive sales while upholding the brand's standards.
You’ll also assist with daily boutique operations and after-sales care to ensure a seamless journey for every client. We value prior sales experience, a background in luxury retail or hospitality as a plus, and strong communication skills in English and Danish.

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the OMEGA brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the OMEGA spirit and standards. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the brand. You will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve the team goals.
Your key responsibilities will be:
In addition to delivering an exceptional client experience, this role also plays an important part in supporting the daily operations of the boutique, specifically within Customer Care activities. These activities may include repair coordination, follow-up with clients and after-sales service, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. You will also support stock management, inventory control, boutique administration and operational routines, helping to maintain the highest standards of organization, accuracy, and service within the boutique.
We expect you to have experience within sales. A background in retail or hospitality and luxury is not mandatory but will be positively considered. You have a commercial mindset and excellent communication and relationship building skills.
This position requires that you are fluent in English and Danish.
