Unity is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to join the Automation and Tooling Team. You will build and maintain CI pipelines across desktop, mobile, consoles, XR and embedded systems, enabling thorough testing before releases.

Collaborate across sites to improve test coverage and stability, leveraging AI tools like Claude to boost productivity. Ideal for graduates or early-career engineers with C#, Python, and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# with Python as a secondary language.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Unity and its usage.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CI pipelines for Unity across supported platforms.
• Build and improve tools and frameworks for optimizing platform and test coverage.
• Troubleshoot complex, failing CI scenarios across code and infrastructure.
• Coordinate test infrastructure changes with development, platform, and other teams.
• Advocate good engineering practices; ensure tooling around quality is prioritized.
• Use AI tools (Claude) to boost productivity in analysis and automation.
