Demant is seeking a software development engineer for the Team Continuous in R&D. You will help build the CI/CD platform, develop tooling, and manage infrastructure used to compile, test, and release software for hearing care products.

You will work with firmware, embedded software, algorithms, and applications, creating reproducible Windows and Linux build environments, and integrating TeamCity, Gerrit, GitLab, Artifactory, and VMware. English communication across teams is essential.

Formación

• Background in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and automation.
• Comfort working across code, OS, infra, and hardware-connected environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop CI/CD pipelines for firmware, embedded software, algorithms, and applications.
• Build software and automation for pipeline orchestration, artifact handling, and developer self-service.
• Create reproducible Windows and Linux build environments using infrastructure as code.
• Develop integrations between TeamCity, Gerrit, GitLab, Artifactory, VMware, and other systems.
• Investigate complex problems across code, pipelines, build agents, OS, networks, USB devices, and test environments using evidence-based troubleshooting.
• Improve reliability, observability, maintainability, and security of the development platform.
• Work with development teams to identify friction and turn recurring problems into sustainable solutions.
• Help shape technical direction through experimentation and incremental modernization.
