Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Head of Cargo Event Monitoring to lead the Cargo Event Monitoring domain within COMET, Maersk's next-generation platform for container event tracking and visibility. You will shape the vision, strategy, and execution to help customers understand where cargo is, whether it is moving as planned, and what actions are needed when exceptions occur.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cargo Event Monitoring, aligned with priorities.
• Lead transformation from legacy solutions to modern digital capabilities to realize value.
• Focus on reducing waste and turning data into actionable intelligence for operations, CX, and finance; drive AI-first workflows.
• Improve event visibility, workflows, data quality, exception management, and decision-making across the cargo journey.
• Establish governance and execution disciplines to enable consistent delivery across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, CX, and Data to deliver outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers to create an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and influence senior leadership decisions.
