Job summary

ROYAL INDIAN ApS is seeking a Chef with specialization in Indian curry dishes and sweets to lead our kitchen and ensure authentic, high-quality experiences for guests and catering clients.

Your primary workplace will be in Valby, with flexibility to take assignments in Roskilde or Aarhus as needed. This is a permanent full-time role starting 01.10.2026, with salary based on qualifications and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, international kitchen.

Qualifications

• Have documented experience in Indian cuisine, particularly curry dishes and sweets.
• Are structured, quality-conscious, and able to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and production of traditional Indian dishes in our curry dishes and Indian Sweets for both restaurant service and catering.
• Purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, and necessary supplies.
• Follow the overall hygienic rules and regulations set by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA)
