Job summary

Slurp Ramen Joint in Copenhagen is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team as soon as possible. We operate a busy ramen restaurant with a small, close team that values great food and a good atmosphere.

No ramen experience is required as we’ll teach you everything you need to know about our bowls, broths, tare and toppings. You must be in Denmark with the right to work, and be available for 40+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a strong commis ready to step up.
• Someone reliable, calm under pressure and good in a team.
• Interest in Japanese and Asian food, and a wish to learn.
• Available for full-time work (40+ hours a week), including evenings and weekends.
• You must already live in Denmark and have the right to work here.

We're a busy ramen restaurant in central Copenhagen with a small, close team that cares a lot about good food and a good atmosphere. We make our broths, tare and toppings in-house. You don't need ramen experience, because we'll teach you everything you need to know about our bowls.
