Job summary

Lucky Sushi v/ Xiaoying Wu in Køge, Greve, and Slagelse is seeking a Chef to join a busy kitchen team. You are a trained chef, preferably with experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering, and you will receive thorough training to grow and develop in kitchen leadership.

Your daily tasks include cooperating with kitchen staff, ordering and receiving goods, supervising takeaway, and ensuring guest meals meet our standards. English is required; shifts run 12–22 and schedules vary.

Qualifications

• Trained chef with hotel/restaurant/catering experience.
• Able to work in a busy kitchen and follow high service standards.
• Good communication and teamwork in a diverse staff environment.

We are busy and are looking for a Chef to join our kitchen team in Køge, Greve and
Slagelse.
You are a trained chef, preferably with experience in the hotel, restaurant, or catering.
You will receive thorough training and we will ensure you continuously receive management training, so you become even better at running and developing the kitchen.

Your daily tasks include:

Cooperation with kitchen staff

Ordering and receiving goods

Follow-up and supervision of takeaway

Follow-up of the guests' food in the restaurant

You are happy and smiling in your approach to other people, guests as well as colleagues,
even when it is really busy.
Your working hours are between 12-22 and are distributed with a shift schedule.
It is a requirement that you master in English. Several different nationalities work in the kitchen and the restaurant staff are mainly Danes.
